Economic Empowerment

We lead education, training, and support initiatives to promote socioeconomic inclusion and the common good.

We coordinate programs and projects with the public and private sectors on employability and MSMEs, which help strengthen key skills and competencies for people in vulnerable situations to find decent work, and support the development of startups and small and medium-sized enterprises through technical training and support to improve their competitive capabilities and boost their growth in the market.

Our 2 intervention models

+Employment

This is our intervention model for training and job placement processes, through which we support individuals in developing employability skills by combining the acquisition of technical knowledge—such as English proficiency and the use of digital tools—with the strengthening of their social-emotional skills.

We focus our work on the individual, providing psychosocial support, assistance for educational inclusion, and initiatives that facilitate effective job search and placement.
