Project Management

Aliarse designs and manages projects for sustainable development through programs, partnerships, and initiatives in the areas of employability, SME development, climate action, water, waste management, and health.

We design each project in accordance with the strategic and impact needs of each partner and context.

Some of our completed projects

SMEs

We support startups and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in their growth through digital transformation processes, business management training, and access to financing in partnership with organizations such as HP, the Coca-Cola System, and the Development Banking System.

Circular
Economy

We design and implement circular economy projects that strengthen recycling value chains and promote comprehensive waste management. Initiatives such as EcoMóvil, Inclusive Recycling, or Costa Rica Recupera are examples of how we bring together the private, public, and community sectors to recover materials and dignify the work of waste pickers.

Water

We work to ensure access to safe drinking water in vulnerable communities and strengthen sustainable water resource management. We support ASADAS and local governments in developing capacities and innovative infrastructure to protect this essential resource.

Climate
Change

We promote initiatives that accelerate climate action in the business sector through capacity building, communication, and incentives for decarbonization, resilience, and adaptation. The Alliance for Climate Action is one of our main vehicles for mobilizing the Costa Rican business ecosystem.

Employability

We manage training and job placement projects. We focus our work on the individual, providing psychosocial support, assistance for educational inclusion, and actions that facilitate the search for and placement in formal jobs.
